4. PRIVACY
- All of the terms and conditions of the ROM AMERICA Privacy Policy (as defined above), which shall govern all Users of the Website.
- Registration of an ROM AMERICA Account. You may access most areas of the Website and purchase goods or services offered for sale by ROM AMERICA to you, including but not limited to through the Website (the “Products”), without registering an account with us, but certain areas and features of the Website will only be available to you if you register for an account (an “ROM AMERICA Account”). Food Allergies involve the immune system. A protein within a food, known as the allergen, triggers a reaction from the immune system.
