4. PRIVACY
- All of the terms and conditions of the ROM AMERICA Privacy Policy (as defined above), which shall govern all Users of the Website.
- Registration of an ROM AMERICA Account. You may access most areas of the Website and purchase goods or services offered for sale by ROM AMERICA to you, including but not limited to through the Website (the “Products”), without registering an account with us, but certain areas and features of the Website will only be available to you if you register for an account (an “ROM AMERICA Account”). If you choose to register for an ROM AMERICA Account, you agree to complete the initial account registration process according to the requirements stated on the Website, and to provide accurate and complete information including, but not limited to, your legal name, and email address.

Every effort is made to instruct our food production staff on the severity of food allergies. In addition, we label items with possible allergen-containing ingredients; however, there is always a risk of contamination. There is also a possibility that manufacturers of the commercial foods we use could change the formulation at any time, without notice. Customers concerned with food allergies need to be aware of this risk.
Please be aware that our facility prepares foods and uses ingredients in our products that contain nuts or nut oil. If you have any type of food allergy, please refrain from eating our products.
Food Allergies involve the immune system. A protein within a food, known as the allergen, triggers a reaction from the immune system. The body tries to protect itself from the allergen by producing antibodies. These antibodies cause the body to release chemicals, which produces an allergic reaction. It is estimated that 10% of the U.S. adult population has a food allergy.
An allergic reaction can occur immediately or up to two hours after eating the food. As the food enters the mouth, it can trigger a tingling sensation in the mouth and possibly, a swelling of the tongue and throat.
